FAQ

Questions agents ask before joining

Do I have to come into an office?

No. There is no required visit, no mandatory meeting and no commute. Transactions, documents, signatures and payments all run in the online portal, and you reach the broker by message or email.

How do I reach the broker?

Through one-on-one messages in the portal (which can be tied to a specific transaction), a one-on-one consultation request, or email, text and Kakao. They all reach the same broker.

What does it cost?

A $150 one-time sign-up fee, then $30 a month or $330 a year. The sign-up fee is waived through Dec 31, 2026. Transaction fees depend on the plan and are all published on the fees page.

When does the sign-up fee waiver end?

It runs through Dec 31, 2026. If you submit your plan selection in step 3 of the sign-up on or before that date, the sign-up fee is waived.

I just got my license. Can I join?

Yes. New agents start on a New plan and, after 4 closed buy & sell transactions, can move up to an Experienced plan. Residential and commercial are counted separately, and rent/lease deals do not count toward that number.

Can I keep working with my current MLS?

FMLS agents are welcome. Joining us does not change your existing MLS membership.

How long does approval take?

Once you have registered, signed the agreement and uploaded your ID and license, the broker reviews your application and activates your portal. You get an email as each step is approved.

Which states can I join from?

New agents are currently accepted with a Georgia license. New enrollment for California is temporarily paused. Use the information request page if you have questions.

How do I pay?

You can pay with PayPal (cards included) or Zelle.

How are rental and lease deals charged?

New plans have a company minimum; Experienced plans carry a flat fee on the listing side and on the tenant side. The amounts are in the rentals section of the fees page.

Can I work as a team?

Yes. A team has up to 4 agents and needs broker approval. Agents on a deal split the gross commission equally, and each share is calculated on that agent's own plan. A flat disbursement fee of $100 applies per additional agent.

Are MLS dues and similar costs included?

No. MLS dues and other outside services (FMLS/CRMLS membership, supra key, e-signature and similar) are paid to the provider directly and are separate from your plan.

Can I talk to the broker in Korean?

Yes. Consultations are available in English and Korean, and this site is available in both languages.
