Agency NA LLC ("we", "us", "our") is a real estate brokerage licensed in Georgia and California. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you visit agencyna.net, request information, register as an agent, or use our agent portal. 2. Information We Collect

  • Account and application data: name, email address, phone number, password (stored hashed), real estate license number, license state, and date licensed.
  • Documents you upload: agent agreements, licensing documents, and transaction documents submitted through the portal.
  • Transaction and payment data: commission plan selections, transaction details you submit, billing history, and payment status. Card and bank details are processed by our payment providers (Stripe and PayPal) and are never stored on our servers.
  • Tax reporting data: information required to prepare IRS Form 1099-NEC for agents we pay.
  • Inquiry data: name, email, phone, and the question you submit through our information request form.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser user agent, pages requested, and login activity, collected for security and fraud prevention.

3. How We Use Information

  • To review and process agent applications and manage agent accounts.
  • To calculate commissions, bill fees and dues, and maintain payment records.
  • To meet our legal and regulatory obligations as a licensed brokerage, including tax reporting and record retention.
  • To respond to inquiries, including automated answers generated by an AI assistant, followed by broker review.
  • To secure the site: detecting spam, blocking abusive IP addresses, and preventing unauthorized access.
  • To send transactional emails about your application, account, bills, and contract signatures.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

  • Service providers: payment processors (Stripe, PayPal), email delivery (Gmail/Google Workspace), web hosting, Google reCAPTCHA (spam protection), and Google AdSense/Analytics where used.
  • Regulators and authorities: when required by law, regulation, subpoena, or to protect our legal rights, including real estate commissions (GREC, CA DRE) and tax authorities.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies for login sessions and security (CSRF protection). Third-party services such as Google reCAPTCHA may set their own cookies. Use of Google reCAPTCHA is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

6. Data Retention

We keep account, transaction, and tax records for as long as your account is active and thereafter as required by real estate licensing law and tax law (generally at least 3-7 years). Inquiry data is kept only as long as needed to respond and for our records.

7. Security

We protect data using HTTPS encryption in transit, hashed passwords, role-based access controls, IP monitoring and blocking, and regular backups. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information using commercially reasonable safeguards.

8. Your Rights (Including California Residents)

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at agencyna@gmail.com. If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) gives you the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion or correction, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Note that we may be legally required to retain certain records (for example, transaction and tax records) even after a deletion request.

9. Children

Our services are intended for licensed real estate professionals and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be announced on this page or by email to registered agents.
