New Agents
Licensed less than 1 year — one bundled plan covering residential and commercial
New Agent — Residential
- E&O: $40
no transaction fee. Move up to R-A (100/0) after 4 closed buy & sell sales (rentals and leases do not count).
New Agent — Commercial
- Transaction fee: $400 (buy/sell only)
- E&O: $50
Move up to C-A (80/20) after 4 closed buy & sell sales (rentals and leases do not count).
Experienced Agents — Residential
Licensed 1+ year
Experienced Residential — Plan R-A
- Transaction fee: $350 (buy/sell only)
- E&O: $40
Experienced Agents — Commercial
Licensed 1+ year
Experienced Commercial — Plan C-A
- Transaction fee: $400 (buy/sell only)
- E&O: $50
- Broker review: $300
MLS dues and other outside service fees (e.g. FMLS/CRMLS membership, supra key, e-signature, etc.) aren't included above — those are billed to you directly, separate from your plan.
