How joining works
From registration to activation, everything happens online. There is no office to visit.

Before you start
- Your real estate license number and state (currently open for new agents: Georgia)
- A copy of your photo ID
- A copy of your license
1 Register
Enter your name, email, phone (optional), license number, license state and license date (optional), and choose a password. We email you a confirmation link; click it to confirm your address.
2 Sign the agreement and upload documents
- Sign the Independent Contractor Agreement online. You can also print it, sign by hand and upload it.
- Upload your photo ID and license copy.
- The broker reviews them and emails you once you are approved.
3 Choose a plan and pay
- Pick a billing cycle (monthly or yearly), your level (New or Experienced) and a plan. With less than a year of licensure you start on a New plan.
- Pay the sign-up fee and your first dues. You can pay with PayPal (cards included) or Zelle. The sign-up fee is waived through Dec 31, 2026.
- Once the broker confirms and activates your account, your portal opens.
After you join
In the portal you submit deals and see your fees calculated automatically. Documents, one-on-one messages with the broker, consultation requests and the resource library are all in the same place.
